OJSC “NIIEVM” offers its services for the assembly of printed circuit boards in automatic and manual mode. The production is equipped with an automatic component installer TWS QUADRA DVC EVO, a conveyor-type reflow line TWS1380EVO, a semi-automatic printer for applying solder paste TWS AUTOMATION SR2700. Weller stations are used for manual assembly. We carry out the manufacture of complex protected cables with the number of connections up to 50, installation of elements with a pitch of connections up to 0.2 mm, installation of BGA, LGA cases. The quality of the rations is checked by an X-ray unit. An ultrasonic bath is used to clean the PCB (printed circuit board). Acceptance of the quality of the work performed is carried out by the service of the technical control department. Our specialists will perform the ordered work efficiently and on time.
