Turnkey production
We offer turnkey manufacturing of cabinets, cases, individual parts according to the customer’s design documentation, as well as provide services for laser cutting, stamping, welding, milling, turning, grinding, heat treatment of oversized parts, electroplating of aluminum and steel, painting products with powder or enamel paints.
Metal cutting
The main objective of the pilot production is the manufacture of prototypes of products, models, units and parts of computers and other technical means developed and produced by OJSC “NIIEVM” and third-party customers.
The pilot plant is equipped with versatile modern equipment and technological processes that allow for all types of mechanical processing of materials, welding of metals in a protective gas, applying galvanic and polymer coatings, as well as performing other types of work.
The pilot production includes the following areas:
- procurement;
- locksmith;
- mechanical;
- stamping;
- galvanic;
- paint;
- mounting.
Description of work performed during the machining of materials:
- turning;
- milling;
- flat and circular grinding;
- jig boring works;
- fitting and assembly work;
- electric welding work in a shielding gas environment (steel, stainless steel, aluminum);
- threading up to M 1.6 mm;
- small batch molding of rubber parts;
- procurement work with a band saw and guillotine shears.
Galvanizing and anodizing of steel and aluminum components
Electroplated coatings are used and necessary to change the chemical, physical, and operational properties of parts materials, for example, to reduce metal losses and protect products from corrosion. Electroplated coatings are obtained by the deposition of a metal layer from electrolytes containing ions of a given metal on the surface of parts using a current. The layer thickness is regulated by changing the process duration and current density. We offer white or colored cold galvanizing for iron, tin-bismuth coating for copper-containing metals, electrically conductive anox and chimox on aluminum alloys. Electroplated coatings are among the best in mechanical properties, cleanliness, corrosion resistance and economy. Electroplated coatings can be used not only to protect parts from corrosion, but also to give their surface a number of valuable special qualities: increased surface hardness, wear resistance, improved antifriction properties, high reflectivity, etc.
OJSC “NIIEVM” offers galvanizing of small batches of parts made of steel, chemical and anox aluminum. The dimensions of the bathtubs are 800x500mm.
Painting cabinets and devices with powder paints and enamels of special series
Painting of devices, technological furniture made of metals with powder paints of various structures (matte, gloss, moire, shagreen).
Painting with special enamels: polyacrylic, polyvinyl acetate, gryftal, melamine, nitrocellulose, pentaphthalic, perchlovinyl and polyvinyl chloride, epoxy.
We work with polyacrylic, phenolic, glivtal, copolymer-vinyl chloride, epoxy primers according to the customer’s drawings.
